In March of this year the Companies Registration Office (CRO) announced all Annual Returns due to be filed between 18 March and 30 June would be deemed to be filed on time if they were filed correctly by 30 June 2020. Following a review of the current climate, the CRO has granted a further extension of this arrangement until 31 October 2020.
The CRO does however advise that companies should continue to file their returns as normal where possible.
